Executive Summary. Download the complete report. Featured Review. Use Citrix Endpoint Management? Share your opinion. We chose this solution as it's more in line with the business solution security of devices in our company.

We moved devices to this solution to We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use.

Here are some excerpts of what they said:. The stability is not a challenge among the move to the cloud. We can push the policies and group policies. The endpoint management is very good and specific. One of their competitors is Intune, and you have leaks from other services within the Microsoft ecosystem. Additionally, it has a tunneling feature, which no other solution provides.

Other solutions have to integrate with other tools to have this functionality, whereas VMware Workspace ONE has its own application gateway tunnel. In our daily business, we get several requests from businesses to provide an Adobe request for monitoring, whether it is for Android or iOS devices. The main benefit of this tool is that we can exclude the report for applications. They also need to strengthen the application integration.

They keep referring to some things to be required as security, and they keep selling the next level and on-premise separately. They should give the customer the opportunity to decide whether they want to use the next level on-premise or on-cloud, but they should not charge additional fees if the customer wants to deploy the next level on-premise because the customer is already being charged as the end user.

They should allow next level on-premise optimization without any additional charges. Currently, it does not have data leak prevention. We are just discovering them. Every day, we see a new feature that we want to apply, but what will be great for Intune is to be able to deploy apps in a simple fashion.

We should be able to easily install various apps on the Windows platform, iOS, and Android. Currently, we have to write some scripts. It's not as straightforward as we would like it to be. It should be simplified so that we can do it just with three clicks—next, next, finish—without needing to write a script. For example, it lacks something similar to sensing or location-based rules and configurations.

This is software metering and license management. These functionalities, for now, must be on-premise. AirWatch would benefit from reducing the license pricing per user per month. Patch management and other integrations are there as well as the application-pushing part, command line, mandatory commands, etc. Some out-of-the-box solutions should be available to better integrate a broader range of applications and handle application push.

That's the roadmap we should look at. Pricing and Cost Advice. Information Not Available. It's cheaper than AirWatch and other products, but I still feel like Microsoft can make a base version or with Exchange online or a la carte only Intune version which will be useful.

A customer who doesn't want to go full-fledged E3 or E5 can take out or consume an Intune solution only for their purpose, and we want to target that customer. Microsoft licensing is a mathematical institute, it could be quite complex. We tend to ask specialized organizations to research what the most profitable way it would be for us to use licenses in the organizations. Microsoft offers special packages if there are more than 10, users, and you may be able to get a reduced rate.

So, if it's a smaller organization, we can choose the license accordingly. If it's a big organization, then we can choose accordingly. Everything is clearly mentioned, and we can decide. It's suitable for all kinds of infrastructure, and that's very goo" "If you're ever going to buy an Office environment, then pricing is reasonable given all that it does, but if you're not, then you might find the pricing expensive. The public price does not reflect what they pay.

You won't get the same pricing if you're buying for 10 employees versus 1, employees. See Recommendations.
