Cannot Uninstall Citrix Workspace - Receiver for Windows 4.x - Discussions - Applicable Products
Asked citrix receiver 1812 Andy Vanderbeken. For our external Citrix connections coming in through the internet we use Citrix receiver 4. When logging in by using IE Through the citrix receiver 1812 interface there is never a problem. After a timeout period when people try to click a published Xenapp desktop again they are being redirected to the login screen and after re-authenticating everything works properly.
This keeps works fine until after several hours some citrix receiver 1812 timeout seems to occur just like with the website and from that moment on the full citrix client no longer starts apps but gives an error message " Cannot start I assume it's because your credentials expire and you need to re-authenticate just like with the web portal but the full client doesn't seem to trigger or allow this. It's doesn't take you back to login prompt and I see no way to force that either log off, This happens with all receiver or workspace apps.
